ARM: dts: msm: Disable non-existing regulators for SBC8084

SBC differs from other APQ8084 based platforms.
It doesn't have 5V boost enable or other fixed GPIO controlled
supplies. Disable irrelevant regulators and fix DT nodes
of the affected subsystems.
