power: qpnp-charger: add vbatdet-maxerr-mv option

To allow trimming the vbatdet resume voltage more
add the optional qcom,vbatdet-maxerr-mv parameter.

If this parameter is not defined in a given
devicetree a default value of 50 mV will be used
by the driver.
