arm: dts: msm: add support for IMX132 camera

Fix supply voltage ranges for IMX132 sensor in CDP and MTP dtsi.
This is required to enable front camera in APQ8084 target.
Use mount angle of 90 for imx132 on MTP to match front camera
orientation.
