power: qpnp-smbcharger: report DCP when OCP is detected

Currently the charger reports an other charging port (OCP) to the USB
driver as an UNKNOWN type. This causes the USB driver to run USB type
detection manually again, which can result in incorrect results.

Fix this by reporting as a dedicated charging port (DCP) instead.
