usb: qmp: phy: Add misc configuration for QMP PHY rev1 



On few platform QMP PHY rev1 requires different Vbg setting.
Hence add QSERDES_COM_IE_TRIM, QSERDES_COM_IP_TRIM and
QSERDES_COM_BGTC registers related configuration to override
their default configuration.
