defconfig: Remove configs related to msm_sdcc driver

Qualcomm's Secure Digitial Host Controller supports the standard host
controller interface (SDHCI). All targets have been moved to use the
sdhci-msm driver, remove configs related to msm_sdcc driver for all
targets.
