ARM: dts: msm: set default ot limits for 8994

Starting from following commit:
Ie54e4f24d52a561a6bf10de65ab6bce8a98211bb
msm: mdss: refactor ot limits to support rd
and wr; the ot limit interface changes, this
patch applies the ot limits for the 8994 device
with the new naming convention as expected
after the refactoring.
