Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Increase Data and Desc FIFO size of USB BAM's Pipes"

This reverts commit 2f8d23ca2e5fbaa4a920a060e8ceae26c108d5fb as recommended
BAM Max Data FIFO size is 32 KB although it can be used till (64KB - 1) for
better and consistent throughput in DL direction. Using bigger Data FIFO
size may cause different BAM functionality related issue in particular
condition.
