ARM: dts: msm: update APC0 and APC1 CPR floor voltages for msm8994

The qcom,cpr-voltage-floor-override property specifies the final floor
voltages to be applied for APC0 and APC1 per virtual corner. The
qcom,cpr-voltage-floor property specifies the floor voltages per fuse
corner upon which the Fmax initial voltages are limited. Currently, some
of the per-fuse-corner floor voltages are higher than the minimum
per-virtual-corner floor voltages corresponding to the same fuse corner.
This could result in excess power consumption for intermediate frequencies
on parts where the limited open-loop voltage is currently being restricted
by the values specified in qcom,cpr-voltage-floor.

Update the per-fuse-corner floor voltages specified in
qcom,cpr-voltage-floor for APC0 and APC1 with the minimum
per-virtual-corner floor voltages in the corresponding elements of
qcom,cpr-voltage-floor-override in order to avoid this wasted power.
