ASoC: qdsp6 : vote during slimslave driver release

If mediaserver is crashed during voice call, slimbus channels
are closed from both codec and MDM side. If slimbus master is
in suspend and MDM side channel close request comes first then
the request fails as master is in suspend state. Slimbus slave
driver needs to vote to wake up the master before disabling the
channel.
