arm: dts: msm: add USB3 host mode 5V vbus regulator for krypton CDP

The krypton CDP uses SMB1357 charger in reverse-boost mode
to supply 5V USB vbus in USB host mode.
The SMB1357 driver registers regulator name "smb1357_otg_supply".
Binding the regulator to the USB driver is done via the device tree.
