ARM: dts: set smb charger recharge threshold to 100mV

The recharge threshold determines the battery voltage below which
recharge begins after charge completion. The current recharge threshold
is set to 200mV i.e. battery will recharge once it has fallen 200mV from
its max voltage.

Update that value to 100mV, which is a recommended value from systems
team.
