defconfig: arm64: Enable PMIC drivers

PMIC chips contain multiple peripherals.
Enable the following drivers for the arm64 based msm platform in
order to control the PMIC peripherals:
- coincell charger driver
- rev-id driver
- MPP/GPIO driver
- fixed regulator driver
- proxy consumer driver
- qpnp-regulator driver
- linear charger driver
- temp alarm driver
- PWM framework and PMIC PWM driver
