ARM: dts: msm: Update MPROC APP-ADSP IRQs for MSMTELLURIUM

SMD, SMSM and SMP2P interrupts numbers are changed between
the APPS and ADSP processor.

Update with new IRQ numbers for MPROC modules between APPS-ADSP.
