ARM: msm: 8092: adding gpiomux settings for mpq8092

Adds the HDMI GPIO mux settings for MPQ8092 to configure MSM GPIO
related to HDMI modules like CEC (Consumer Electronics Control),
DDC (Display Data Channel) CLK, DDC Data and HPD (Hot Plug
Detect).
