ARM: dts: msm: update gpio for pcm/tdm intf for auto platform 



Update pinctrl info for primary AUX PCM and QUAT/QUIN
tdm interface.
Update TDM clk for QUAT/QUIN to 24MHz for A2B support.
Disable se3 spi to avoid gpio contention with primary
PCM intf.
