defconfig: qcs405: enable ebtable configuration.

Enable ebtables configuration for bridge
In AP-AP mode, the Guest AP has ebtables rules installed for the
guest access policies. Hence ebtables rules are installed for the bridge.
Here we are installing the below extensions of ebtables:
 ARP, IP, IP6, Filter, NAT, ARP, IP, IP6, ARPREPLY, SNAT and DNAT
