Amlogic 64-bit DT changes for v4.13
- cleanup/reorganize alphabetically to better avoid conflicts
- add HDMI and CVBS nodes for multiple boards
- new pinctrl pins: SPI, HDMI CEC
- SCPI: fix thermal sensor reporting
