Revert "x86/tsc: Add missing Cherrytrail frequency to the table" 



This reverts commit:

  e2724e9d ("x86/tsc: Add missing Cherrytrail frequency to the table")

... as it is incomplete, and is replaced by a more complete patch
later in this series.
