ANDROID: drm: Do not select CONFIG_FB for CONFIG_DRM

This change partially reverts commit
d7f3208c ("drm: disable DRM_FBDEV_EMULATION by default in msm-4.19")

It is unclear why CONFIG_FB was auto selected in that change. It is
clear why FBDEV_EMULATION was default disabled however since that brings
in additiona fbdev code that a DRM display stack solution doesn't need.
