Revert "ANDROID: GKI: Add devm_thermal_of_virtual_sensor_register API."

This reverts commit 3b108348.

This is a preparation change for merging android-4.19.110 into
msm-4.19 branch.

Retain existing virtual sensor thermal zone solution for thermal core.
