[SCSI] qla4xxx: Boot from SAN fix for ISP83XX



Issue:
ISP83XX check is missing in function get_fw_boot_info() because of this
qla4xxx will not export boot target to sysfs and iscsistart cannot issue
login to boot target.

Fix:
Added check for ISP83XX in function get_fw_boot_info()
