[ALPS08756782] trusted_mem: add mtk solution for FFA

[Description]
After google patch for updating the FFA return type,
our trusted_mem feature will fail when getting unexpected return value.
We decide to freeze the FFA version for MTK solution,
to avoid the AOSP update before next kernel version.

[Test]
SVP test pass, build pass, boot pass
