[ALPS08716345] DISP: fix CWB underrun

[Description]
1.fix cmd mode leave idle path connect error,
root cause:connect dsc path will destroy cwb path
2.if dual pipe cwb only use one pipe,only connect wdma on that pipe
3.fix wdma golden setting
