[ALPS08716358] msdc: set dma ranges to 64G

[Description]
Since the default addressing range of DMA is 0-4G,
when the 0-4G memory is full, the DMA will allocate fail.
So expand the addressing range to 64G.

[Test]
1. SD R/W stress test ok;
2. Bad Card test ok;
3. Performance test ok.
