[ALPS08732903] audio : check scp status when trigger memif

[Description]
Reset scp will set use_adsp_share_mem to 0,
exception when reset scp and trigger stop concurrent

flow: scp reset -> trigger stop -> set use_adsp_share_mem.
it may cause afe not closed,
so when trigger stop, For RV DSP, should also check scp is ready.
