[ALPS08694451] ccci: add wdt event and dump info

[Description]
(1) dump wdt gic status after clear wdt irq
(2) add time log of wdt isr and disable/enable wdt event

[Test]
(1) md boot up test
(2) md reset test
(3) md ee flow test
