ARM: dts: msm: change init sequence for r66451 panel

DDIC R66451 cmd mode dynamic fps switch only can work based
on 120hz initial parameters. Changed 60hz and 90hz initial
parameters based on 120hz, so that DFPS can work on all the
FPS.
