ANDROID: db845c_gki.fragment: Add PINCTRL_MSM=m

PINCTRL_MSM has been disabled in the GKI, as
patches to enable it as a module were added.

Thus, we need to re-add the PINCTRL_MSM=m to
the db845c_gki.fragment to keep things working.

(An ABI list update will also be needed)
