msm: pcie-ep: Correct PCIe regulator labels for sdxlemur

The regulator labels for PCIe EP are mismatched and is
not allowing the driver to get the correct info to set
the voltage and enable regulators. Correct the PCIe EP
regulator labels for sdxlemur.
