ANDROID: GKI: enable USB UVC drivers

Some devices need the USB UVC drivers built in, so enable the following
config options to do so:
	CONFIG_MEDIA_USB_SUPPORT=y
	CONFIG_USB_VIDEO_CLASS=y
	CONFIG_USB_GSPCA=y
