asoc: get and put for TERT_TDM_TX_0 ADM channels 



- Enables get/put for TERT_TDM_TX_0 ADM channels
- Allows for 3 and 4 ADM channels for TERT_TDM
- Motivated by concurrency of GAS and HFP
