ARM: dts: qcom: update pmic alarm thermal zone mitigation for sa8155/sa8195 

The Pmic alarm sensor threshold is updated based on latest
recommendation for sa8155/sa8195. Update pmic alarm thermal zone
mitigation configuration accordingly for these targets.
