ARM: dts: msm: update PCIe1 to support m.2 and generic EP on lahaina HDK

PCIe1 on lahaina HDK has a m.2 interface which requires
additional settings such as gpio to control the 3.3V,
increased timeout for linking up, and having PCIe enumerate
during its probe. Endpoints which connect to this slot will not
manually trigger PCIe bus driver to do enumeration. Therefore
update devicetree node to support PCIe1 on lahaina HDK.
