ANDROID: ABI: add allowed list for Exynosauto SoC

This patch is the first trial to upload GKI symbol list for running
android as VM on type1 hypervisor. Unlike traditional device driver,
para-virtualized drivers for hypervisor tend to use more core symbols.

- ioremap_cache: to skip cached mapping for io remap
