ANDROID: ABI/Whitelist: update for db845c

Updates the db845c abi whitelist to adapt for recent modules
changes to usb drivers

Without this, recent attempts to swap the db845c GKI kernel
fail.

Note: Previous version of this patch updated the
abi_gki_aarch64.xml file as well, but recent changes (likely the
hikey960 additions), cause those changes to fall out.
