staging: cxt1e1: remove dead code in musycc.c

Removes "#if 0" blocks.

And the musycc_dump_rxbuffer_ring(ch, 0) which is commented
out puts in RLD_DEBUG block and uncommented.
Because this function may be used for debugging.
