torture: Run at least one test with CONFIG_DEBUG_OBJECTS_RCU_HEAD

This commit enables the CONFIG_DEBUG_OBJECTS_RCU_HEAD Kconfig option
in TREE02 in order to do at least some testing with this enabled.
