defconfig: Add required configs for sdmsteppeauto

Enable CONFIG_QCOM_KGSL and CONFIG_QCOM_KGSL_IOCOHERENCY_DEFAULT
to enable KGSL support.

Enable CONFIG_MSM_ADSPRPC, CONFIG_MSM_CDSP_LOADER, and
CONFIG_MSM_FASTCVPD to enable FastRPC on sdmsteppeauto.

Enable CONFIG_QCOM_SECURE_BUFFER to enable secure buffer
transactions.

Enable IOMMU related configs for fastmap, selftest, and other
related configs.
