ARM: dts: msm: Upgrade Lahaina's memory map to version 4

Upgrade the memory map for the Lahaina target to version 4. This
upgrade includes carving out memory that will be used for the
Trusted UI Virtual Machine (TUI VM), as well as increasing the
size of the ADSP memory region.
