Revert "arm64: defconfig: Insert Adreno default governor in gki defconfig"

This reverts commit 624d0122. KGSL driver
requires CONFIG_QCOM_ADRENO_DEFAULT_GOVERNOR to be set to msm-adreno-tz
in QGKI builds. CONFIG_QCOM_ADRENO_DEFAULT_GOVERNOR is set to the required
value for GKI and QGKI builds by the KGSL Kconfig.
