ANDROID: gki_defconfig: Enable more USB_CONFIGFS gadgets

More USB gadgets are needed in Unisoc product like modules under
CONFIG_USB_CONFIGFS_SERIAL,
CONFIG_USB_CONFIGFS_RNDIS and
CONFIG_USB_CONFIGFS_MASS_STORAGE.
