ARM: dts: msm: update pm7250b devices for sdxlemur platforms

Add necessary configurations needed for charger, QG, PD_PHY
devices present on PM7250B to support sdxlemur platforms that
uses them. Since, it needs some VADC channels from PM7250B, add
them as well.
