Revert "kheaders: make headers archive reproducible"

This reverts commit 86cdd2fd.

Reason: Broke "make allmodconfig" on Android build machines

$ tar: unrecognized option '--sort=name'
Try 'tar --help' or 'tar --usage' for more information.
