ARM: dts: qcom: Remove UFS PHY reset control on Lahaina

Remove UFS PHY reset control support, because performing soft reset
to UFS PHY from UFS controller side is redundant as UFS PHY driver
will perform soft reset in its PHY calibration sequence.
