[2][FP5-2384][FP5 #339] 'Charging rapidly' is displayed even when choosing 'slow charging'

* Root Cause
  battery charging speed error

* Solution
  Check the charging speed display

* Test Steps
1 Settings -> battery -> charging mode -> slow mode
2 Plug in the charger and view charging display

* Test Result
  Pass
