ASoC: pcm: update arch_setup_dma_ops to of_dma_configure for hostless

arch_setup_dma_ops is not exported and when compiling ASoC framework
as modules, it would not found arch_setup_dma_ops. Change it to
of_dma_configure to resolve this issue.
