Revert "i40e: fix IRQ freeing in i40e_vsi_request_irq_msix error path"

This reverts commit 13ab9ade which is
commit 915470e1b44e71d1dd07ee067276f003c3521ee3 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
