ARM: dts: msm: modify VFP & VBP value for nt35597 panel 

Increase VFP and VBP value to get higer performance. Default
prefill lines is 40 for lahaina, if VFP + VBP + VSYNC_PULSE
is lower than 40, may lead to perf issues in some cases.
