ARM: tegra: colibri_t20: add gpio hogs for gmi_wr_n buffers 



Add GPIO hogs for GMI_WR_N buffers:
- tri-stating GMI_WR_N on SODIMM pin 99 nPWE
- not tri-stating GMI_WR_N on SODIMM pin 93 RDnWR
